A mobile device for your dog...

Wow, how far will people go for their pets - check out this. Basically a mobile phone to talk to their dog as well as being a GPS tracker. I wonder whether the dog can use it to communicate to their owner when it needs to go for a say a walk - "woof woof!" - "oh Spot, do you need to go walkies?" - "woof!" - "ok, I'll be home soon!" - "woof!!" Oh, please!
